One of our flagship features is our Zone mapping capabilities; with this feature, you can choose to make pricing zones as simple or as complex as you would like. You can even create exclusion zones in areas where you cannot, or choose not to, do business. You have total control over zone creation, pricing, and containers sizes offered in the zone. Central Dashboard Management
Keep all of your orders straight by managing them from your dashboard. At a glance you can see what needs your attention. With a few clicks you can see all the details about any particular order.
Simple and Clean interface for your customers
Every aspect of the process for your customer is clean and simple, from shopping to managing the transactions after the delivery, it is all done online and it is EASY! You can even communicate through your own messaging component of the application, as well receive live notifications about your customer’s needs
Other Features:
Calendar black-out dates- We give you the flexibility to disallow a customer to book a delivery or other action item on a date that you are not working, such as weekends or holidays.
End User photo uploads- When your customer is booking the dumpster rental, he can upload a photo of the location he wants it dropped. Additionally, he can make specific notes that help your driver place it correctly.
In app Messaging- your customer has the ability to send messages directly to you in the application. These messages will appear in your dashboard, so that you can communicate in the application. This keeps records of communication very handy!
Reporting- We have created a simple report that can be emailed out at the time of day you choose. This report can go to your dispatcher at 5pm, or 3am. It will help him prepare for the days work.
Nomenclature customization- depending on your market, you call things by different names. So each action name is customizable to fit YOUR company’s nomenclature.
Smart pricing- If you choose to give 3 days of free rental, or 30 days, we have you covered. The app will charge your customer automatically, based on your input. You have control of how you price your business. As you know, there are many ways to price roll-off rentals. We believe we included every option you will need, and maybe some you don’t. At the end of the day this app will fit YOUR pricing model.
Unique Pricing Customers- If you have a large contract customer that has their own custom price, no problem. You can set them up to use the app, and still get their unique pricing discounts. Additionally, you can choose to have them pay by credit card, or you can invoice them separately if you choose.
